You created the offer.
You did the work.
You know it’s valuable.

But the membership isn’t getting the attention—or the signups—you hoped for.

Before you assume it was a bad idea or try to rebuild from scratch, take a breath.
This isn’t about starting over. It’s about refining the pieces that matter most: your packaging and your positioning.

Here’s what to take a closer look at:

Are You Speaking to the Right Problem?
If the messaging is focused on features instead of outcomes, it won’t connect. Clients don’t want access or templates—they want clarity, confidence, peace of mind. Your membership has to clearly solve a problem they know they have.

Is the Pricing Reflecting the Value—or Undermining It?
If it’s priced too low, clients won’t take it seriously. But if it’s priced too high for what they understand it to be, they’ll hesitate to buy. Your pricing has to feel aligned with both the outcome and the way it’s being presented. Clients need to clearly see the value before they’ll feel confident making the investment.

Are You Positioning It as Essential—or Optional?
When your offer sounds like a “nice-to-have,” it’ll always fall to the bottom of their priority list. Make it clear why this membership makes their life easier, their business smoother, and their numbers make more sense.

Just because it hasn’t worked yet doesn’t mean it’s the wrong offer.
It just means your positioning and packaging need a second pass.

You’re closer than you think.
